I was curious to explore how multiple figurations of metal profiles could be utilized on the same piece, manipulating their own distinct properties to create a visually thin but structurally robust architecture. After many iterations we settled on a final framework disposition that creates a stage for the seat and back components, combining their approachable forms to give the chair generous warmth and a welcoming character, making a great addition to any residential, dining and flexible workspaces.
